UPDATE ON INSITU SCHEME

ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH AICEIA SOURCES, THE FIVE MEMBER COMMITTEE SET UP FOR FORMULATING INSITU SCHEME APPEARS TO HAVE SOUGHT EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ANOTHER 15 DAYS AND EXPECTED TO SUBMIT THEIR REPORT BY 15TH OF THIS MONTH.IT ALSO APPEARS THAT THE CHAIRMAN IS SERIOUS ABOUT THE INSITU SCHEME AS WELL AS CADRE RESTRUCTURING AND EXPECTED TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS BY JUNE 2011.

    Dear Raju i had joined the department as a direct recruit Inspector in year 1993 in Rajasthan. My present basic pay is Rs.17500/- (GP 4800) in PB-2, whereas all my juniors who joined the department in year 1994 to whom the Ist financial up-gradation has been granted after implementation of the 6th CPC report are getting basic pay Rs.17610 i.e. higher basic pay than me. Similarly those joined in 1995 are getting 17600/- .

    I represented the Commissioner that my pay may be stepped up at par with my juniors with retrospective effect, from the date when my juniors started getting higher pay as, provided in Note 7 & 10 of Rule 7 of the Central Civil service (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008.

    You are correct. Here also 1994 Inspector is getting 17610/- . We are also planing to apply same way.
