There is a rumor that the cabinet has approved the Cadre Restructuring file. From the reliable sources it is found that it is just a rumor. The Cadre Restructuring file is yet to be approved by the Committee of Secretaries, after which the same will be sent to Cabinet for approval.
For how long we shall live with rumours. The CBEC appears to be least bothered about CE Inspectors and Superintendents, who are the most stagnated cadre under th cbec.
