On the request of many of Members of AICEIA, Comrade Koushik Roy, General Secretary has supplied the following documents to be posted on this blog for the information of all the members. All thouse who are interested in filing OAs in their respective CATs may prepare grounds afresh as the grounds filed in OA 167/2009 are already rejected. In case of any expert finds any deffects in favour of ACP Inspectors in the orders of CAT Chennai as well as Ernakulam kindly mail to vig_raju@yahoo.co.in as I am planning to go to CAT Hyderabad on the same issue.
