why sir it is doubtful, if you have got any news well in advance please let us know sir
As promised it is not posted first, this itself created doubt.If not first it should have been at least second or third but posting at 7th created doubt.
You are right Raju ! Not only the Govt even Judges also started to ignore the plight of our cadre. Alas ! God alone can help us.
We can always press our counsel to request Hon'ble High Court Bench to take up matter on priority as pronounced by Hon'ble Mr. Justice in the open court. The counsel of Mr. Samiran Roy should also plead to court to take up matter on priority as it will also be in interest of their clients.
If the case is listed, HOPE still survives.
So, don't panic. Have faith in judiciary.

Dear friends, so again the case is coming up tomoro...again it is kept for the last; so there is every chance of getting it again postponed for next friday... as has been the case..but let us be hopeful this time..as judgement is tobe given..however v are at the receiving end..let us be cheerful till tomoro evening...

Can we have an update of the case on Saturday itself. It is agonising if the update is coming on a Monday. Let us all pray for the betterment for all the brothers in our cadre.

As you can find in earlier posts, the update is being given even minutes after the hearing. So need not worry.
