THE MUCH AWAITED REVIEW DPC HAS BEEN HELD AT CCA CALCUTTA
RELIABLE INFORMATION RECEIVED THROUGH TOP AICEIA SOURCES THAT THE AICEIA OFFICE BEARERS HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PERUSED THE ISSUE AND MUCH AWAITED REVIEW DPC AT CCA CALCUTTA HAS BEEN CONDUCTED ON FRIDAY THE 10TH OF SEPTEMBER 2010. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE REVIEW DPC FOR THE YEAR 2004 HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND BOARD IS LIKELY TO INSTRUCT ALL OTHER CCAs TO CONDUCT THE DPC IMMEDIATELY.

What is the impact? How many heads are rolling this side and that side? What will be the ultimate impact in the All India level?
Now the AICEA leaders may please contact the Board and see that promotion orders are issued this week. If need be, they may advise our counter parts at Delhi to meet the Chairman in person and apprise him of the grave situation, today itself so that the orders could be made issued this week itself. If it is again delayed we may get into other complexities ... so pl do the needful urgently.
It is good that RDPC has been completed in Kolkatta from 2004 onwards. Now there is a doubt. In case the vacancy has been got filled up correctly since 2004 then now what is the procedure to be followed now? In Bangalore it is stated that there is no lacunae in the past. Then why CCABangalore has to await Board's permission? In Kolkatta if promotions can be issued with in a week why cant the same be followed in all other Zones? Again whether vacancy position as on July or Sept has to be taken is not clear. Please ask all CCA to notify the vacany to be adopted as on which date. THERE should be not be further confusion or wrong doing by any Estt. section in any Zone. Please meet CHAIRMAN and do the needful! Delay is frustrating and there should be an end to all such man made errors. Only in CBEC it has happened?Still now I am confused as to how a junior by 5-6 years can over take a senior? Which HR Policy allowd this? Give a factual report soon.

today is tuesday. it was learnt that last friday calcutta people completed the review dpc and probably yested ie. on monday, the board would have received this information. Now a nod is only required from the Board to issue promotion orders by the CCAs. However, there is no end for our wait... it still continues...shall we expect the orders by this weekened atleast...

Is it possible to collect information from all southern zones regarding DPC and how many inspectors from each zone will be promoted with information of Batch year also. Please send fax to all CCAs for speedy issue of orders. Thanks.
