How CCA Hyderabad can ignore CBEC directive on a common date. If CCA Hyderabad has done so rightly, why other CCAs are reluctant. There is something fishy.
There is nothing wrong in it. Even if these officers assume charge prior to 30.9.2010 or after 30.9.2010, the deemed date in respect of all the Zones would be 30.9.2010.
What happened to the review DPC and merit elimination?
At the first instance, the Board committed blunder after blunder by fixing 30th Sept.2010 for issueing promotion orders CCA Hyderabad has ignored the CBEC directions by not sticking to common date and opened the door for litigation. If orders can be issued in Hyderabad why not in rest of the Zones.
In Chennai Zone, DPC was finalised on 28.9.2010. It seems 71+18=89 inspectors were promoted.
why only four
