INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING THE PAST MISTAKES, THE MATTER HAS BEEN FURTHER DELAYED BY TWO WEEKS. IT APPEARS THAT NO WEIGHTAGE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO THE DEMANDS OF THE AICEIA TO MAKE THE PROMOTIONS EFFECTIVE FROM 01.07.2010 (OR 01.04.2010). EVEN OTHERWISE, THESE DIRECTIONS COULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN ON 10TH INSTANT.
WE CAN ONLY SAY. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. TILL THEN, RELISH 10% DA HIKE. ANY NEWS ABOUT REMOVAL OF PAY ANOMALY OF 1992 BATCH.

Thanks Mr. Raju for keeping us informed. Thanks to AICEA also. Plase clarify my doubt: Whether vacancy poisiton as on 31.08.2010 will be taken up? Or any restriction? Board has told effective date as 30.09.2010. The it is obvious vacancy position as on 31.08.2010 can be considered because DPC did not take place in July 2010. I do not knwo how it is done in Hyderabad Zone? In BANGLORE no proper news is forth coming. Plese clarify.
Thanks to Mr. RAJU for his sincere efforts. Let us cherish whatever given as of now. Any way December 2010 may bring in Cadre review and more will benefit.

Thanks to the aiceia,the DPC process has to be completed by 30.09.2010. However promotions are to be effective from 30.09.2010 and not from 01.07.10 as requested by aiceia. I have been served a chargesheet on 29.07.2010. HAd the DPC been conducted on 24.03.2010,(in Chennai Zone as proposed earlier) I would have got promotion since I was tenth in the seniority list. On account of the High Court's stay even though I was eligible as on 24.03.2010, due to circumstances beyond my control, I would not be getting promotion in the present DPC. Kindly suggest the course of action to be adopted by me. Can I approach the courts and get any legal remedy. I will be grateful if you could reply early.

The same problem exists here in Hyderabad. Here also one officer is effected like you, he is trying for legal remedy. You can approach only after your name has not been considered for promotion after DPC. We will seek legal opinion after issue of promotions. You can contact me on my mobile 9849313988.
