The CBIC has issued F.No.A-23011/44/2024-Ad-IIA dated 16th Jun,2025, to implement Hon'ble Court Orders to litigents in personam.

SCALE OF 6500/7500 TO INSPECTORS /SUPDTS HAS BEEN ALLOWED BY HON'BLE CAT, HYDERABAD AND UPHELD BY HON'BLE HIGH COURT OF TELANGANA AND HON'BLE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

OA No. 21/2218/2024 & Batch filed before the Hon’ble CAT Hyderabad has been allowed. The orders of the said OA were upheld by the Hon’ble High Court vide orders dated 09.08.2024 in WP No. 10490/2024 filed by the Department. The Hon’ble Supreme Court vide orders dated 28.02.2025 in SLP (Civil) Diary no. 59005/2024 filed by the Department against orders mentioned supra of the Hon’ble High Court, dismissed the SLP filed by the Department.
