Sri.Sandeep Kumar Inspector of Central Excise working in Tirupati Commissionerate Headquarters, has lost his both the legs in a tragic train accident. He is now admitted in CMC, Vellore Hospital. Sri. Sandeep Kumar hails from a ordinary middle class family and belongs to Delhi. Though the officers of Tirupati Commissionerate have contributed generously, he needs much more financial help.
