March 2008 instruction withdrawn ab initio hence direct of one exam need be placed in order of their merit in the recruitment year in which first direct recuit joined. where seniority lists have been finalized in accordance with 1986/87 instruction need not be reopened however where seniority lists are not drawn or not yet finalized, there new instruction will follow and DR will be in benefit.

What type of procedure at present in our department. What is the impact right now on DR/promotee inspectors.
No benefit to promotee inspectors ?
