I hope that General body meeting at Hyderabad will be held soon to air our views on many of the burning issues of the cadre of inspectors.

Dear P.V. Raju,
I am surprised to see 95 % of the members are kept in dark. How can they take a such a serious decision without getting the mandate from the members. My interaction with ordinary members and few office bearers of Vizag and Tirupathi also aired such a gross negligence of the members. I think this vibration will spread over whole of AP and the few CHAIR MONGERS will understand the power of Members. Men may come men may go but aiceia will fight for the cause of the cadre of ever.

Dear Mr. Raju

From the pictures of the pages containing signatures of various people it is observed that the names figuring at Sl.No. 14 and 68 both read as BVS Krishna Murthy. Hope both are not one and the same. The column 'formation' for sl.no's 14 and 68 read as Hyd-I and Inspector(Care taker) respectively. As far as i know there is only one inspector by name BVS Krishna Murthy who is working as care taker in Hyd-I Comm'te. At this rate the number of signatures collected by you may well cross the number of inspectors working. I think you are sincere enough to post this comment as wll as your clarification on the blog.

While taking the signatures it may be possible that a member might have signed twice without remembering he has signed. At least I am very happy that the interested persons are waching the situation at Hyderabad and are very much worried about the developments. I hope the same situation exists in Vizag as well as Maharastra also.

Dear Comrade,

More than any other issue, one issue that pesters us is transfers to Vizag. Though the IZT policy, 2008 is a very good one, administration always acts under pressue. Now there is a talk that 30 to 35 senior Inspectors from Vizag are likely to be transferred t Hyderabad in lieu of 35 DR Inspectors, whose postings are likely to be given. This is called as one time transfer! Last year only as one time 30 senior Inspectors have been brought to Hyderabad and because of them our Inspectors have to go there. How long this situation should both in the Inspector cadre and Vizag cadre. Why should we go there?

They come here for their own interests and we have to go there. What is this? This Telangana movement has really charged up the atmosphere. Whether Telangana is given or not, in our department a silent mutual suspicion and animosity has been developed between the officers working in Hyderabad and Vizag Zone. Already, our officers are being given otherly treatment there.

In this situation of suspicious environment, it is not possible for us to go there and work both as Inspector and Superintendent.

Why not ask for seperation of seniority between Hyderabadn and Vizag Zones. I believe when B Pavan Reddy was the GS, we have asked for seperation of seniority. We do not know why this crucial issue has been left like that.

If seniority is seperated, we need not go to Vizag as Inspector or on promotion to Superintendent cadre also.
LET US PROTECT OUR INTERESTS AND FIRGHT FOR SEPARATION OF SENIORITY.

Which ever group at national level supports this cruicial issue of seperation of seniority let us support that group.

Jaago Hyderabad Inspectors.

Sreenivas

Dear Srinivas
I fully agree with your comments. I request you to send me an e-mail drafting matter to be posted in this blog for separation of seniority of both the Zones. We will elect a strong and able leaders in the forth coming GB to be called by the present body. within this week if they don't call a GB then next week we will assemble and remove them and elect the new body.

Dear Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Raju

After all who are vizag inspectors and hyderabad inspectors. If i am not mistaken i think all of us had indeed signed a declaration while joining in the service that we would be ready to serve any where in our zone or country. Just because ones' initial posting is in hyderabad or vizag they cannot be called as inspectors of hyderabad or vizag. Do you know how many inspectors who were born and brought up in Hyderabad had to languish for years together in vizag zone before getting to their native place. How do you justify calling them as vizag inspectors. At the same time there are so many inspectors who being born in vizag/tirupathi/guntur etc and having all their family members and properties in those places are serving in Hyderabad right from the date of joining service just because they were lucky enough to get their initial posting in Hyderabad. can you justify calling them as Hyderabad inspectors. If that is the case people of ministerial cadre, who, on being promoted as inspectors and who are posted at Viazg/Tirupathi/Guntur should be called as Vizag/Tirupathi/Guntur inspectors and they should never be brought back to Hyderabad to avoid the so called Hyderabad inspectors going to Vizag Zone. What happens if the seniors working in Vizag Zone are brought to Hyderabad that too in termsof the policy formulated and accepted by the administration as well as all the associations of Andhra Pradesh. All inspectors who have enthusiastically signed some memorandum brought by Mr. Raju, please see what Mr. Raju's opinion about inspectors from vizag zone is and think twice before signing papers blindly. Mr. Raju, if you are supporting the opinion expressed by Mr. Srinivas, if feel that your movement may not last long as they are very short sighted and do not speak of a good leader. The opinion expressed by Mr. Srinivas are very dangerous and are sowing seeds of division and they may divide the entire cadre of inspectors in Hyderabad on regional basis. If you still feel that what Mr. Srinivas says is right and if you support him, i challenge that you start your signature camoaign afresh and see how many signatures you can get.

Dear Mr Central,

U have not understood the issue in proper peerspective.

Seperation of seniority is necessitated due to the prevailing situation and due to the uncertain and unstable future.

Hyderabad Inspectors includes whoever is working in Hyderabad whether born and brought up in Hyderabad or born and brought up in Vizag Zone but joined in Hyderabad on initial posting or subsequently on transfer.

What do u mean by lucky enough to work in Hyderabad. If the Vizag Region is lucky enough would u have allowed Inspectors from Hyderabad to come to Vizag on transfer. Nobody forgets how Officers from Hyderabad were not allowed to work in Vizag sub-zone during tobacco and gold control periods for obvious reasons.

Are u not aware about the type of treatment and postings being given to officers including Superintendents being transferred to Vizag Zone from Hyderabad.
This issue of seperation of seniority has been languishing for many years.

What is your problem if seniority is seperated. In fact, promotional avenues for Hyderabad Inspectors will be reduced. Promotional chances of Vizag officers will be better. In fact if the posts of Inspectors and POs are merged as per HPC recommendations, u will have better avenues.

Our only interest is non-dislocation. We are being shunted between Hyderabad and Vizag Zones and within Hyderabad for mofussil postings.
Do you have any such transfers in Vizag Zone. When administration mooted transfers within Vizag Zone this year, you have raised a big hue and cry. Why do always work in Vizag, Guntur or Tirupathy? Why do not you go to Vizag from Tirupathy or to Gunture from Vizag.

Think of kind mental agony, family dislocation, children education disturbance, financial pressure on us due to these frequent transfers to us.

Nobody is causing any divisions. By so called unity, which is a myth, unjust and untold misery is being caused to us. If unity brings us dislocation and disturbance and if disunity and divisions bring us stability and non-dislocation, then WE PREFER DISUNITY FOR OUR SAKE AND FOR OUR CHILDREN SAKE.
