YES ! HOW LONG WE WILL WAIT. THE ORDER WAS PASSED ON 6.9.2010, EVEN IF YOU TAKE THE DATE OF DISPATCH OF ORDER IN OCTOBER 2010, THE TIME OF THREE MONTHS IS ALREADY OVER. ITS TIME NOW TO FILE A CONTEMPT PETITION AGAINST THE GOVT FOR NOT IMPLEMENTING CHENNAI HIGH COURT ORDER. ITS FOR THEM TO DECIDE WHETHER TO FILE SLP IN SC OR NOT, WE NEED NOT TO WAIT FOR THE SLP TO BE FILED BY THE DEPARTMENT. I REQUEST THE AICEIA TO FILE CONTEMPT PETITION IMMEDIATELY IN CHENNAI HIGH COURT THROUGH SRI. SUBRAMANYAM SUPDT. SINCE MOST OF THE MEMBERS HAVE CONTRIBUTED FOR THE SAME, THERE SHOULD BE NO CRUNCH OF FUNDS.

There is no need to take such harsh step like contempt of court because AICEIA just announced that "OM ISSUED FOR 6% DA INCREASE W.E.F.1.1.2011".

Primarily, AICEIA stopped taking views of members in their website but by the same time, they announced that individuals/organisations were free to submit additional points,if any, on the Circular-03/11 dated 01.04.2011,i.e., April Fool's Day.
Yes, we need to do something instead of waiting endlessly for the deptt. to file SLP at their own sweet will and deny us our rightful pay. But is the association bothered?
Very rightly said. It is imperative on us to respond quickly and file contempt case as this will awakens the dept. from slumber and let us hope there will not be any delay in following the High Court Order and not filing any SLP.
