MANY OF THE OFFICERS HAVE REQUESTED TO TAKE-UP THE ISSUE OF MACP. AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF MACP W.E.F 1.9.2008 NO OFFICER HAS BEEN GIVEN MACP IN ENTIRE AP. MOST OF THE OFFICERS EVEN HAVE COMPLETED MORE THAN 12 YEARS WHICH WAS THE ELIGIBILITY FOR OLD ACP. THEREFORE,IT IS DECIDED TO TAKE UP THE ISSUE WITH THE CADRE CONTROLLING AUTHORITY ON TOP PRIORITY BASIS. ALL ARE REQUESTED TO GIVE THEIR VIEWS & SUGGESTIONS IN THIS REGARD.

this is injustice to the lower cadre by the big people by knowing they should not give any benefit to the lower cadre.by this what they are going to take or gain in the game. there should be good strength and strong union to negotiate the matters like this. ex-serviceman raju can do and negotiate better and best for the well being of the comrades. this high official lobby should be made glasnost.
