and few officials of CBEC  were present. Member(P&V) has stated that tomorrow

the CR of CBEC will be submitted to Expenditure for clearance again

the hearing on contempt petition is over.  All the 43 points rose by us were discussed,
but replies were stereo type. We have stated that CR with cut is not acceptable to us.

Instead of Mass Resignation, we may also think of Mass Leave. Every Officer should try to obtain Medical Certificate and apply for Commuted Leave with Medical Certificate. This cannot be over come by the Administration because if they want to prove, they should only refer the case to the State Medical Board.
