Sri.Premchand Addl. Commr(Retd) is no more

Sri.Premchand Additional Commissioner(Retd) has expired today in Care Hospital Hyderabad. It is a great loss to all his "CHOTEs" whowm he use to call so effectionately. May his sole rest in peace.
