Dear Raju,
Thank you and I sincerely hope that you shall keep your spirits, so that the some people like get inspired by your positivism and objectivity in approaching any issue.
However, unless, the department submits the revised Roster from 1995 as directed by the Hon'ble HC, I believe that instead of banking on a false expectation not based on authentic facts, which ultimately gets "cold water showered" once again, by another routine postponement by the HC. Let's be practical and request our office bearers in our respective CCAs to press for early submission of the details of review DPC as directed by the HC. That is the only REAL and PRACTICAL way of getting the stay vacated.

It absolutely correct Mr.Suresh.

Every one is to obey the Court's order. From the Board, Ministry etc. Court will not bother about our piiable position rather they would see only the merits in the issue.

As already decided in the CEC, let all the GS of Zonal Units approach the respective CCAs to furnish the details from 2/1995, the date of Hon.Supreme Court's vergict in the case of R.K.Sabarwal.

And not blame each other or throwing muds on the central office bearers, who are in a delicate position - to look after the interest ALL the members -
