Dear Shri. P.V. Raju,
It seems you have chosen non-controversial route by posting matters on income Tax, ATM withdrawals etc. It seems to be a nice music from your fiddle, when Rome is burning.

Ask the CBEC to order Adhoc promotions in the grade of Superintendent as per DOPT OM dated 30.03.1988.

Has anybody seen All India seniority list of Superintendents after 1997.

There is no harm in conducting adhoc promotions as the Court's injunction order deals with refixation of seniority which cen be decided even after adhoc promotions. Adhoc appointees can be refixed in the seniority after the final outcome of the case.

Now as per said DOPT Circular, the candidates of reserved category who got merit rank; come within the general category and thereby some of them come within the 100 vacancies yearmarked for general category. But in the merit list there are some more candidate of reserved category who done fare and enlisted in the General category at lower rank. Due to this Circular the Candidate of SC / ST category who come at a lower rank in the merit list but eligible for the GEneral cader, will gate poromotion in much later time of their SC/ST brethren who doesnot qualified in the merit list but entered in the quota vacancies as they will be adjusted against the RESERVED 50 POST.

There is no use of repeatedly discussing the issues which are not in our hands. It is also important to post such things which are useful to the general public.
