FLASH ! FLASH ! FLASH ! 5400 GRADE PAY ISSUE
ANOTHER OA HAS BEEN FILED TODAY IN CAT HYDERABAD REGARDING 5400 GRADE PAY TO ACP INSPECTORS AFTER 4 YEARS OF REGULAR SERVICE IN THE GRADE PAY OF RS.4800. THE OA NUMBER AND OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED ON RECEIVING.
It is just that these acts of promptness that makes alot of difference in what we are going to achieve. Let me congragulate you for your initiative. The anomaly as regards 1992 batch Inspectors has not been rectified and the Ministry has also issued a clarification denying our request. I understand that some Insp from Hyderabad have obtained a favourable order from CAT and the same is pending appeal at the High Court. Would you be kind enough to post me the details regarding the appeal filed by Dept. Is is advisable to file an appeal in CAT, Chennai, in our case, particularly in view of the appeal by the Department.
1992 batch is worst affected in all matters. The situation is even worst for those few 1992 batch Inspectors joining in Feb 1992 or afterwards. The Direct recruit Insp of Feb 1992 are getting less pay than the Jan 1993 direct recruit Insps.
Have any one from Feb 1992 got his pay stepped up?
Dear Murali There is some positive news on the pay anomaly of 1992 batch. The details will be published on AICEIA National blog or on this blog as soon as we get the documents.
The act of aiceia in restricting the blog to only team members is shocking as well as retrograde. THe freedom to express the views, even if they are are dissenting, is a prerequisite to an efficient organisation. When the aiceia has the freedom to delete the offending blogs, this dictatorial attitude is unexplainable? I am a votary of this blog simply for the reason that the Sec General and the top Office bearers can hear the voices of the field directly without any modulation . PLease do not stifle democracy.
