SRI. K.SUBBA RAJU ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF CENTRAL EXCISE(RETD) APPEARED TO HAVE SUFFERED A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK AND PASSED AWAY LAST NIGHT IE. ON 17.12.2012 WHILE HE WAS VISITING HIS NATIVE VILLAGE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT. WE THE SUPERINTENDENTS OF TIRUPATI COMMISSIONERATE CONVEY OUR DEEP CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY -MAY HIS SOLE REST IN PEACE.

I have known him since childhood as a very good friend of my father Mr. G A Noorani.
He was such a nice person. Loving, caring, selfless and would always go out of the way to help like no one would ever do.
I had met him in my recent visit to India in July. I had requested him to watch his diet and cholesterol levels.
However, as always he just smiled and said life is short papaa and we should enjoy it to the fullest. May his soul rest in peace. My dad lost a very close friend. Will miss you Uncle.
